Latest Pictures

So here are some of the latest pictures. I am once again sorry it took SOOOO long to put these up. There is still work to be done and lots of details to finish but this is where we are at two weeks after moving in. Oh and there is furniture and light fixtures on order and I will photograph them when they come!

Pendants are on their way for over the island!

These couches are hand-me-downs but they definitely work for now!

We stained all of these doors ourselves! They still have the plastic and tape on the glass. We should probably that it off...

Its a work in progress but we are really happy!! :)

I'm Sure You Noticed...

I'm sure you noticed in all the recent pictures I posted that there are no doors. One of the last things left to do is install the doors and trim. After 4 weeks of waiting the doors have arrived.

They are solid pine with a single frosted glass lite. They will be stained espresso and installed ASAP.

SO CLOSE TO BEING DONE!!

The Plumbers are DONE!

The plumbers finished up all of our faucets and sinks this week. The laundry room sink and faucet are both installed the utility room is all set for the washer and dryer.

The hallway vanity and master vanities went in as well. The installations were delayed because the countertop for the hallway bath showed up shattered. Two more weeks of waiting for a new one fell like forever so we are relieved they are finally in.

Also note the new shower glass there in the background! YAY!

The Bedrooms are Carpeted

Two weeks ago the carpet went into the bedrooms. It is hard to tell from the photos but the carpet is texturedor patterned and a dark grey/brown. The perfect color with our little furry monster running around :)

They need to be vacuumed...a few times.

Window Sills Finally

Six months late and after some minor fightng and negotiation with th window company the window sills are in. They are travetine to match the floor.

Stag horn Fern is Flurishing YAY!!

This Stag horn was not doing well when we first started working on the house. With some TLC and some rotting avocados off the tree it is attached to she is doing really well!!
